On December 1st we competed in our first home meet against Bangor Y. 

Although I don't have room to capture all the great things, here is what comes to mind when I think of some of the stellar efforts: The folks who worked the meet, starting with the timing system crew, the officials, the timers, and Paige and Erin. It was well run. 

On the swimming side, we had a bunch with big time drops. I won't name them all, but Hailey Buttery, Sera Perry, Mirabel Patrick, Sara Down, Caleb Wilcott, Ian Dickson, Jack Kennard and Luke Atwood are all at the top of the list for king or queen of the time drop.

We added a swimmer to our Winter Championship qualifiers, Anna Clausen in the 50 breaststroke, and Lillianna Choate added an event with a 100 IM qualifying time. 

We also set 8 new team records. The 11-12 girls 200 medley relay of Addison Burnham, Liz Brown, Anabelle Orth and Emily Kennard dropped three and half seconds off of the old record with a 2:01.98. The 15-18 boys also broke the 200 medley relay record by a much smaller margin (.09) with a 1:45.99. That team consisted of Nathan Berry, Jake Witham, Cade Parker and Eli Story. 

Two of our boys accounted for the remaining six records. Eli Burnham broke the 8 and under 25 free (14.27), 25 fly (15.56) and 25 back (17.56) records, and Ian Fournier broke the 11-12 100 IM (1:04.19), 100 free (57.75) and 50 breaststroke (31.45) records.
