Our practice schedule over Christmas break will be as follows: 

Saturday 12/22 Group D 7 am (followed by TRX room) 

Sunday 12/23 butterfly/breaststroke clinic open to all swimmers (see website for details) 1-2:30 pm 

Monday 12/24 Group D 8-9:30 am 12/25 Merry Christmas! (No practice) 

12/26 to 12/28 normal practice times for all groups plus a start and turn clinic in morning on the 12/27 (open to all swimmers...for details see the previous post on the website). 

Saturday 12/29 Group D 7 am (followed by TRX room) 

Monday 12/31 Group D 8-9:30 am.
