Every season we provide a team shirt and team cap to each swimmer.  The attached order form is for providing sizes for the t-shirt.  In addition if your swimmer would like their name printed on the cap, that can be special ordered for $15.00.  Please share this info with any new swimming families who may not have registered on the website.  All forms must be turned into Stacy Kennard (or Mike if Stacy is not in the pool) by October 11th.
