For Friday's practice meet we have created a swim meet file and I will be doing entries.  We will seed this out like an actual swim meet.  For new parents this means that your child will be assigned a heat and lane for their events.  I will enter everyone who is registered at the front desk because that is the list I use to build out our team roster.  If you haven't registered yet, please do so and send me an email with your child's name and date of birth so I can enter them on the team roster in the meet software.  I want to make sure everyone gets a lane to race in.

In the event your child can't attend on Friday please send me an email so I can take them out of the line up.  This will help us with avoiding empty lanes in the events we run (and speed up the session times).  

We will need help running the meet.  That means timers, officials, marshals and timing system.  It's a great opportunity to learn how to be a timer, so if you are there please come down when the call for timers comes at the start of each session.
