    Stingrays: November's a big month + Volunteer sign-ups are open!

    November 4th

    Hi Stingray Families,

    I hope everyone is getting excited for some of the team activities in the month ahead! 

    • Saturday, 11/9/25 Picture Day (10:30 am to 4:00 pm)
    • Friday, 11/14/25 Practice Meet (during Practice)
    • Saturday, 11/15/25, Aquathon (12-4pm) -- Come cheer on your swimmer! 

    And don't forget our first HOME meet! 

    • Saturday 11/22/25 (Time TBD, but likely 11am-2:30pm)
    We will be looking for helpers in lots of ways for our home meets. You can come early to help set up, stay late to help clean up, sign up to be a Timer (we need 17 total), help out at the concessions booth, donate concessions. 

    To sign up for a role you can go to the Stingray Website. This will bring you to the schedule tab (look for the green button that says "Job Signup") and select a role. If you have trouble with the website, reply to me at this email and I can sign you up on a first come basis. 
    Do you have a special interest in Timing or Concessions? We could use a Lead Timer to help out at each of the home meets. Or, if your specialty is more culinary, we would welcome a volunteer to take the lead as the Concessions Manager. 
    Just let me know and we can talk more about either of those roles.
