Hi Stingray Families,

This Friday will be our annual practice meet. This is a great opportunity to give our younger swimmers (and new swimmers) a chance to experience the swim meet setting and process before our first meet.

While this is a practice meet, a few things will feel like a regular meet—we'll have timers at each lane and officials watching. This is also a great opportunity for family and friends to learn how to be a timer.

The practice meet will run during scheduled practice times.

• Group D will warm up at 3:30 pm and swim four events between 4:00 and 5:00 pm.
• Groups B and C will warm up at 5:00 pm and swim four events during the remainder of their practice time.
• Group A will warm up around 6:00 pm and swim four 25-yard events.
