    Stingrays Nov. 22 Home Meet - Volunteer Opportunities still available

    Hi Stingray Families,

    We kicked off the season strong this past weekend, thanks to everyone who helped at the Practice Meet and Aquathon and for all the snacks donations that have come in. 
    Looking ahead to next weekend, we're looking for help to host our first home meet from volunteers. Please reply to me from this email if you can help in any way OR use the sign-up on the Stingray Website. 
    We will need a fully stocked concessions stand because we expect 150+ swimmers and families to join us on 11/22/25.
    • We're looking for 10 more timers (You'll get training from the officials on how to time before the meet starts!)
    • We also need 2 helpers (who can take turns) at the concession stand.
    • Can you bring Mac and Cheese or Hot Dogs?

    To sign up for a role you can go to the Stingray Website. This will bring you to the schedule tab (look for the green button that says "Job Signup") and select a role. If you have trouble with the website, reply to me at this email and I can sign you up on a first come basis.See you at the pool!
