Hi Summer Champs Stingrays,

Hope you're looking forward to the meet next weekend. You're receiving this email because your swimmer is signed up to swim on Friday 7/17, Saturday, 7/18 or Sunday 7/19 at Colby for the Maine Swimming Summer Champs Long Course meet.

Our team is assigned to provide four timers for each session, that's Friday AM and PM Saturday AM and PM and Sunday AM and PM.

**Please sign up for a volunteer position.** 

We have 18 Timer Positions: When every family with swimmers this weekend signs up for at least one timer position for each child swimming, we will fill our volunteer responsibilities with no problem. 

If you signed up previously for a Gate position, please select a **Timer** position instead. We have not been assigned Gate positions for the meet (the jobs previously on Swimtopia were pulled from last year, they have now been updated). To sign up for a role you can go to the

Stingray Website. This will bring you to the schedule tab (look for the green button that says "Job Signup") and select a role. If you have trouble with the website, reply to me at this email and I can sign you up on a first come basis.See you at the pool!
