Dear KVY Stingray Families,

Congratulations to all of our KVY Stingray swimmers this past weekend at the Longcourse Swim Meet!!! We know that you may have spent the last two weekends at Colby College for the past two swim meets, but we wanted to send a reminder that the Ironman is looking for more volunteers. You can sign up to volunteer at the Ironman THIS Sunday, July 26, 2026, handing out water and cheering on the athletes at Run Aid Station #3, located on the Kennebec River Rail Trail in Hallowell off Greenville Street. A large group of KVY Stingrays volunteered last year and had an amazing time and received FREE t-shirts!

Volunteering shifts will occur between 7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Every volunteer must individually register to complete the required waivers. Last year, we also applied for an Ironman Foundation Grant and received $1,000. Amber submitted a new Ironman Foundation Grant application and hopefully we receive another $1,000 grant!
