Hope you’re settled in after a very exciting weekend!

It was a great meet to be sure! Still working on getting some press to acknowledge the Stingray’s hard work and success.

Sending along some information, updates and reminders.

1) The KVY Stingray Annual Banquet is on Sunday, March 26th . . . The heavy lifting/setup will begin at 9:30 and the remaining setup will begin around 10:00. The banquet will start at 11:00, and it will include awards, lunch, dessert, videos, the raffle drawing, etc. We will begin clean up at 2:30. If you have not yet volunteered or donated this year, this is a wonderful opportunity for you to get involved and support your KVY Stingray Swim Team! We will need LOTS-O-HELPERS!, and we would love to see some new helpers ​Please go to our website (www.kvystingrays.com) and RSVP and sign up to help and/or donate.  

2) Speaking of the Final Fundraiser Raffle, don’t forget to purchase your tickets! . . . Tickets are only $2 each and they are available on the wall at the pool, they are attached to this email and they will be available for purchase at the banquet. Please submit your tickets/money to Rachael Littler, Kristy Trice or Gary Trice at the pool, or you can leave them at the KVY front desk with one of our names on an envelope. Remember, this fundraiser includes 20 prizes and 20 winners! Here is a reminder of the FABULOUS prizes

3) Gifts for Coaches . . . Thank you so much for your generous contributions thus far! If you want to make a contribution, there’s still time! Rachael Littler, Kristy Trice or Gary Trice will happily accept your gift at the pool, or you can leave it at the KVY front desk with “Coach” and Rachael’s name on an envelope.

4) Lost & Found . . . Finally, we still have a Youth XL KVY Stingrays team T-shirt and a red LL Bean fleece zip hoodie/jacket, both of which were left in the KVY bleachers at States. Let us know if your swimmer left these behind.
