Good morning,

A quick note to get some paperwork underway for Junior Olympics, which is coming right up, March 16th-19th.  Attached are the preliminary individual entries that Mike has put together.  If there are any changes please let him know ASAP as the entries are due tomorrow by noon. 

If you have NOT signed up for USA swim,  we need the attached form completed and check (made out to KV YMCA) at the pool today (3/6) in order to get the paperwork processed in time.  The cost is $38.50 to join.

Mike is working on putting together some relays as well and we will send that out when it is ready.  Let us know if you have any questions.
