Hi Stingrays,

Just a quick reminder re our swim meet tomorrow, January 7th at Waldo County YMCA. Warmups are at 12:30 and the meet starts at 1 pm.

• Swimmers
  • Please be on deck no later than 12:15 to get marked up and prepared for​ warmups, which begin promptly at 12:30.
  • Please get lots of rest, eat a good breakfast and be ready to swim fast and have fun!
• Parents
  • It's important that swimmers are fed before the meet, and that they have snacks and drinks with them to maintain their energy during the meet.

It looks as if the weather will be good for traveling, and it looks as if almost everyone is planning to swim tomorrow! GO STINGRAYS!
