Hello yet again Stingrays,

Counting down . . . Just a few days until our first home meet! 

This will be a very busy meet with (hopefully) 200-225 swimmers, not to mention their families! 

Thanks so much to those of you who have already responded to our volunteer requests! You are amazing! We are approximately half way there . . . For those of you who have not yet responded, there are still plenty of opportunities to get involved, either by serving as a volunteer or by donating Concessions items. 

Important Meet Updates-including NEW START TIME:

• Warmups-11 am-Swimmers should be on deck by 10:45 to get marked up and ready 
• Start time-Noon
• Parking-In order to be courteous to our guests, please carpool, please arrive early and please consider parking on the other side of the playground/field area. The lots will be FULL! 
• Lineup-The meet lineup is posted in the pool area . . . Please take a few minutes to review it
• Attendance-If you CANNOT attend this meet, please let Coach Mike know ASAP so he can adjust the lineup
• Preparation-Reminder-Swim meets are long . . . Please be sure your swimmer is well fed/hydrated when they arrive and that they are able to eat/drink as necessary during the meet.  

Finally, for those of you who are participating in the VIP Seats Raffle, please be sure to turn in your tickets by Thursday, December 1st.
