Hello Stingrays!

Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Our first home meet is this coming Saturday, December 3rd!

If you CANNOT make this meet, PLEASE let Coach Mike know ASAP ([email protected]). Coach will assume that you will be there, unless he hears from you. He employs the team roster to enter swimmers in specific events/relays that benefit both the swimmer (to best showcase their hard work and abilities) and the team (to maximize points scored). If a swimmer doesn't show, and Coach is not aware that the swimmer is not going to show, he cannot adjust the entries/lineup, which impacts both the relay swimmers/teams and the Stingrays as a whole.

Home meets require a lot of support from the Stingray community to run efficiently, and to help raise money for the team. We have opportunities for everyone to get involved, from set-up/take-down, to timing, to selling programs, to donating items to sell at Concessions. A list of opportunities to volunteer and contribute is available on our website. Please go to kvystingrays.com, login and click on the "V" next to our home meet.  You will see a list of opportunities to help and you can enter your name (or someone from your family) in a slot to volunteer. We so appreciate your help!

P.S. A reminder to hold the date December 5th is our Team Picture Night Social.  Individual pictures will be during practice(s) and the team picture will be at 6:30 pm (Please find the schedule on our website). We would LOVE to have everyone there at 6:30! More details to follow . . .
