Hi Stingrays,

A couple of quick items:

• Practice Meet tomorrow/Friday night! – 11/4 from 3:30 to 6:30. Swimmers should arrive at their normal time, unless they are in a longer distance event (Coach has already informed swimmers entered in these events and notified them that they need to be at the pool at 3:30). We will need some help from parents at each session to assist with timing, etc. Please feel free to arrive earlier than your normal start time, if you want to observe the meet process and cheer on the older swimmers as they race. Finally, we will be handing out the new KVY Stingray swim caps at this meet as well. There is no charge for the cap—The cost was included in your Stingray registration.

• Team T-Shirts - We are ready to order our KVY Stingray team T-shirts. Therefore, we need each family to complete a quick survey for each of their swimmers, so we can get the correct number/sizes. Please respond by 11/10 as we want to order them ASAP and have them in plenty of time for upcoming meets and Picture Day (December 5th). Here is the survey link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/NQFYN3M. There is no charge for the T-shirt—The cost was covered by the Stingray’s fundraising efforts.

• Tag Day Volunteers - We still need a few volunteers to help at Tag Day on November 13th.  For those new to a “Tag Day,” we simply set up a table at the entrance/exit of Sam’s Club and ask folks to support the Stingrays.  ​

• Borrowed Gear – If you have borrowed goggles, swim caps, swimsuits, etc. at practice, please be sure to return them as soon as it is convenient. Thanks!
