A good weekend to be indoors, yes?

Sending a short note to let you know about an upcoming event . . .

The Fundraising Team has scheduled a KVY Stingray Tag Day at Sam’s Club on Sunday, November 13th from 10am to 6pm.

Soooo . . . We need some Stingray parents to staff the table, as well as some Stingray swimmers, preferably ones who are skilled at sticking out their lower lip, lowering their head and offering a convincing sigh . . . You know, that rehearsed, I’m as pitiful as can be look. ​ Seriously, we need parents and swimmers to wear whatever KVY Stingrays gear they have and staff the table. Stacy Kennard has generously offered to set up the table, banner, etc. and take the first shift. If you are free on the 13th this is a great opportunity to help support your kiddos (and model volunteerism!) and support the Stingrays! Please visit kvystingrays.com, Sign In, go to the Events list on the left (of our homepage), and simply click on the V to volunteer for a time slot.

Reminder . . . Practice Meet this coming Friday, November 4th,  from 3:30-6:30 (Please see Coach’s 10/28 email for entries/details…Entries will also be posted at the pool this week).
