Stingray Parent Meeting - September 28th
Hello Stingray Parents,
Hope you enjoyed your weekend, including the RAIN!
It’s hard to believe, but we are only one week away from the start of the 2016-2017 swim season!
Sending a quick note with a date and some information for you to review . . .
Our Parent Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, September 28th in the Studio at the Y. Please come to hear Coach Mike’s vision for the year, to learn more about getting involved with the Stingrays and to receive necessary information regarding the upcoming season.
As you know, the swim team does not exist without swim parents 
Likewise, it cannot function without swim parents either! A healthy portion of our success last year was due to your AMAZING support! Wait for it . . . We need your help again this year! Seriously, there are numerous and varied opportunities to support your kiddo’s, and be a part of the wonderful KVY Stingray swim community.
Attached is a list of opportunities through which you can support the Stingrays. Please review the attached list and try to identify that position/role that is calling your name Although we will discuss these opportunities at the Parent Meeting, please reply to this email if you want to continue in a role that you have done in the past or if you see a role that is a perfect fit for you. We would like to identify folks ASAP. If you are brand new to swim and not really sure about getting involved, no worries . . . We try to be a welcoming bunch, and if a specific role is not right for you this year, we always need food contributions for concessions, timers at meets, etc. We will keep you posted via email and the website.
