Hello Stingrays, families and supporters,

Wow! What an impressive end to a wonderful season! We had some FANTASTIC swims at States, at Regionals and at Junior Olympics! The results have been posted and the new records are being confirmed. Now . . . It’s time to CELEBRATE! Please join us in congratulating our swimmers and thanking our coaches!

Here is the anxiously awaited Annual Banquet information. The entire team will be celebrating together this year. We will gather for a meal and distribute awards for both groups (12- & 13+) after we eat. We will also hear from our leaders, watch videos, have dessert, and perhaps even give away a door prize or two.

• 1:00-1:15 - Arrival & Food Drop-off
• 1:15-2:00 - Welcome, Introductions & Pot Luck
• 2:00-2:15 - Video: 2015-2016 Season Highlights
• 2:15-3:00 - Awards: 12 & under
• 3:00-3:15  - Dessert
• 3:15-4:00 - Awards: 13 & over
• 4:00-4:15 - Coach: Final thoughts
• 4:15         -  Thank You to Coaches, Good Night & Cleanup  

The aforementioned is an approximate schedule. The segments may be shorter in real life, but we did not want anyone to feel rushed. As you know, we have nearly 90 swimmers on our team and we hope to appreciate each swimmer, and their coaches, for their hard work and accomplishments this season.

You all have been FANTASTIC supporters this season! A final request . . . We need your help again to wrap it up! As always, we have posted sign-up slots on the website (just like the swim meets) to volunteer to: arrive early and set up, bring food/drinks (we will need a LOT!), manage the food/drink table, stay after and tear down/clean up. Do let us know if you have any trouble signing up on the website and we will happily sign you up.
