Note from Coach Mike:State Meet Results & Practice this week

Hi Everyone!
I am attaching our state meet results because I'm not sure the Maine Y website ever had the live results up and running. The kids did really well this weekend. Lots of best times, some team records, some state champs, 200+ point improvement, lots of first time point scorers, lots of trophy winners and some really great stories.
For those continuing on for JO's, we will combine all practices to 3:30 to 5:00 this week and 3:30 to probably 4:30 next week. Attendance is really important at this point so that we can maintain conditioning and keep them swimming fast for another two weeks (or hopefully get some more improvement).
