Hi Everyone,

It's time to start putting together our list of volunteers to meet our team job responsibility requirements for YMCA State Meet.  

KVY is slated to provide timers in lane 7 (two timers per session) in all sessions except 8 and under boys (we have none so I asked for relief from this requirement).  Session 1 is 13 and over girls on Friday, Session 2 is 9-10 and 11-12 boys on Saturday morning, Session 3 is 9-10 girls Saturday mid day, Session 4 is 13 and over boys Saturday late afternoon, Session 5 is 8 and under girls Sunday morning, Session 6 is 8 and under boys (no volunteers needed) and the final session Sunday afternoon is 11-12 girls.  If you would like a close to the action vantage point to watch the meet, please submit your name to either myself or Kristy.

The second tier of volunteers is for officials.  I think the plan is to run a rotation this year, however that will be at the discretion of the meet official.  If you are interested in officiating please let me know and provide me with your experience level so I can fill out the paperwork.

I will plan on circulating a report of State Meet entries later this week in advance of submitting them.  If your child doesn't plan on attending please let me know as this meet requires a per swimmer entry fee and I plan on entering all swimmers with a pulse.
